Saturn's Transit: How to Deal with It🤝
As we mentioned in a earlier post, the interpretation of transits is often misunderstood. Many may believe that there is a kind of force that links life on Earth with the movement of planets, and therefore we cannot do anything about it.
Many Western astrologers perceive transits as external forces that may cause inevitable hardship or suffering. See the example below from Astrology King.
On the other hand, Vedic astrologers recommend reciting mantras and prayers tailored for specific planets. These practices can reduce stress and potentially calm the amygdala (part of the "reptilian" or limbic system), but they represent a passive approach to embracing change.
If there isn’t an external force that connects a planet to our lives, and if planets act as an external clock that aligns with our internal clock of life unfolding, then can we embrace transits and change in a smarter way? Particularly during the 2.5-year Saturn transit? Can we turn a potentially daunting period into one of purpose and growth?
