Which Astrology🔮 Do You Believe?
In our latest posts, we've explored astrology in greater depth, prompting many subscribers to discover surprising insights it offers.
It's crucial to acknowledge astrology's various levels, serving primarily two purposes: Entertainment and Investigation. Let's examine these levels in detail.
Entertainment-Level 1: You may know your zodiac sign (Libra, Gemini, Capricorn, etc.), which essentially indicates the placement of the Sun at the moment of your birth. Perhaps you occasionally or regularly read horoscopes, which attempt to predict your future according to the planetary transits toward your Sun sign. You like astrology, but you know you shouldn’t take it seriously. And you are right. This is astrology for entertainment.
Entertainment-Level 2: You may have read books titled such as 'The Only Astrology Book You'll Ever Need*' or 'The Complete Guide to Astrology*', enabling you to draw a birth chart using charting websites like Astro.com and Astro-Seek.com. The birth chart delineates the positions of planets, including the Sun to Pluto, along with several asteroids like Chiron, Ceres, and Juno, within zodiac signs and houses. Additionally, you may search the internet for the meanings of planetary interactions through aspects such as oppositions and trines. This form of astrology is designed for uncovering and comprehending personality traits.
However, can you derive accurate insights into your personality solely from this type of astrology? No, for several reasons elaborated upon in recent discussions. Consequently, this classification of astrology leans more towards entertainment. All astrology AI apps developed in recent years are for entertainment purposes, even if it’s not clearly disclosed.
Researchers have been conducting studies on the scientific basis of astrology for several decades, and all of them have successfully concluded that astrology for entertainment has no scientific basis 😄.
*Titles such as 'The Only Astrology Book You'll Ever Need' or 'The Complete Guide to Astrology,' are misleading, presumptuous and exaggerated. No single book can encompass the entirety of any complex discipline, including astrology.
Now, let’s examine Investigative Astrology, the one we practice.
Inv-1: You not only know how to cast a birth chart, but, more importantly, you can rectify the birth chart. You can rectify the time of birth, which may be inaccurate, and you know how to choose the correct zodiac (Tropical or Sidereal) and house system (Whole, Placidus, Equal, etc.). You are able to describe the meanings of planets in zodiac signs and houses and how they interact with each other and with the houses.
Inv-2: Once you have found the birth chart that accurately reflects the personality, you can assess the condition of planets according to Hellenistic or Vedic astrology methods, and then proceed to evaluate houses. You are able to interpret the outcomes of various life topics such as education, marriage, career, and wealth, and explain the astrological reasons for these outcomes.
Inv-3: By observing planetary transits and utilizing other techniques such as Profections and Progressions/Dashas, you can predict when major themes will become relevant in life. For example, you may predict when you’ll get married, have children, achieve professional success or have troubles.
Inv-4: You are able to tailor Karma Yoga remedies to improve the condition of planets in a poor state.
